I've actually been going to water aerobics for 3 weeks now. I don't love it, but it's active and easier on my aging joints than most of the others thing I could do. YAY ME!
Keep it up! Small things lead to bigger things..once your joints get used to the water aerobics you'll be doing more and more. So later on please dont' pass while running..thats embarresing :) Serioulsy keep it up and keep us posted on how it goes
