Haven't gotten much done recently, except for work, which has been busy, and working out (I'm really getting hard core...literally). A little volunteer work with the animal shelter. Sometimes it's good to take a trip and get away. My weekend jaunt to Chicago turned out to be just the thing for a dark mood. I got to spend time with friends and eat great food. Went to a modern dance show at Walt Disney Concert Hall yesterday and saw my first Merce Cunningham piece. I'm not a modern dance fan, although I really enjoyed the movie Pina, and yesterday I was reminded of why.
