Yesterday we had our quarterly site coffee talk and as always, there is the Site LT Awards. My team's never been nominated for one despite our hard work.

I can say that last night was one of the most intense, harrassing shift I have ever had. Incidents kept pouring nonstop. I was handling all issues, communcation emails, heavy duty plan and answering inquiries on top of that. It broke me down. The frustration and the pressure brought me to tears. I am really disappointed at the resulting final 4 women in Philippine Idol. I hate that people are voting based on looks instead of talent. Come on, it's a singing competition, not a modeling contest - what are they thinking?

Everyone got positive results on the Great American Songbook performances, except Kellie Pickler. She noticeably went ahead of the music towards the end of the song.
