Globelines Broadband sucks

It's bad enough that I lost my WFH privilege this month due to the UBER SLOW Globelines Broadband connection that makes work impossible at home.
I just found out YM voice isn't usable with the DSL speed I'm getting. I could hear

ah talaga? i was able to use skype kanina with PLDT. never thought PLDT would be better than globe!

why are you using VPN when you open skype, though? doesn't that make things slower? tsaka baka ma-track ka pa ni job cortezano :)

Buti ka pa... Actually globelines pinaka-loser sa tatlo (pldt, bayantel, globelines)... I've been reading articles about it kanina.

I used to use Skype last year without any problems, now I don't know where the problem lies...Could it be my crawling connection? Kamusta ba connection mo sa PDLT?

Nakalogin ako sa skype sa mabagal na DSL but James says he doesn't see me online, and my messages are not sent :( And can't make voice calls. So wala rin talaga totally :(

Yung VPN tinest ko lang coz I used to be able to connect before kahit VPN...I think...

Now I'm using dial-up connection and we're talking via Skype but keeps getting disconnected after a while so now we're using YM and at least voice quality is clearer than the older version of YM so pwede na... And at least I can make YM work anywhere hehe unlike Skype na parang maarte... or siguro ngayon lang... Di ko rin talaga mapinpoint bakit ayaw gumana ng maayos sa DSL ko ngayon eh kahit outside VPN... Sigh
