Yesterday we had our quarterly site coffee talk and as always, there is the Site LT Awards. My team's never been nominated for one despite our hard work.

One of the award citations said that this team worked on 50 critical tickets for the quarter -- we worked on 302 critical tickets and that was just for last month, and yes we met the target for ( Read more... )

I can say that last night was one of the most intense, harrassing shift I have ever had. Incidents kept pouring nonstop. I was handling all issues, communcation emails, heavy duty plan and answering inquiries on top of that. It broke me down. The frustration and the pressure brought me to tears.
