Last night I used the leftover beef, vegetables, and tofu mrsmetallian left behind from shabu-shabu last week and made more shabu-shabu for dinner. It's not really "cooking" per se, but I did try to make the peanut dipping sauce that goes with it. I am currently drinking a glass of Trader Joe's 100% Unfiltered Blueberry Juice with Stoli Blueberi vodka. I didn't know you could actually buy blueberry juice. It's quite refreshing.
