I suppose the fact that we've been eating it regularly for so long and are still enthusiastic about it is a testament to how good and easy-to-make it is. It also freezes well.

...when I bought these waffles at the natural food store, the blue box and pictures of blueberries led me to believe that they were, you know, blueberry waffles.
