I'm confused. Two hours for bruschetta?? Did you bake the bread yourself?

I'm not very good terrible at chopping things. And I kept having to drain the tomatoes after they were chopped and I spent some time online checking what types of vinegar were acceptable. (I had many kinds, but did not want to use balsamic if I could help it. I ended up using red wine vinegar.)

Yeah, balsamic vinegar is kind of its own special thing, and it's probably best not to think of it really being in the same category as the others. Tasty, though!
