This Saturday's Star Wars session entailed braving a heavily-damaged (and rioting) Imperial prison ship to rescue Waylex Blissex. Good times. The ship is roughly divided up into zones run by the surviving Imperial wardens, Dace (a crimelord with ties to mrsmetallian's character's past), a Bothan who I think is a member of the Kre'fey family, Ploovo Two-For One ( Read more... )

The last two weekends (unlike the last 10 weekdays) were a good mix of relaxing vs. productive.

After work we went out to dinner at Yaffa. Yaffa has a very nice atmosphere and we had a good time, but I don't think I liked the food enough to justify the price. mrsmetallian's salmon dish was excellent, actually, but my scallop dish was not that great. So we finally went to Mader's (a Milwaukee landmark, and supposedly the best and most famous German restaurant in the USA) tonight. It's a really nice place, done up in an old-school German style, including stained-glass windows, suits of armor, and medieval weapons on the wall (which made us feel at home). Our Star Wars game last night was a hell of a lot of fun, we played until almost midnight without even noticing.
