Not long to go now. This weekend I've got to sort out shoes and shirts for Sarah's Dad and myself. Fun times.

Sarah's Mum and Dad are up, it's nice to see them, despite the sad circumstances. Looking forward to going down to leicester at the weekend, though not sitting through our friends' wedding and reception. It'll be fine, i'm just a grump ( Read more... )

This is late, but I thought i'd mention that our Valentines meal at Melton's Too here in York was excellent. Really tasty food, good service and as reasonable prices.

Somebody paid $3,000 for Shakira's bra. Now granted, she's good looking, but that's some expensive booby cups. Granted, it's for charity, but still!

Happy New Year all.

2007 was a great year. In (very) brief:

• Left the bingo industry and got admin jobs. Not exactly rocket science, but I enjoy it more and the hours are better.
• Proposed to Sarah, she said yes.
• Bought a 3 bed semi with a big garden in the suburbs and moved to York, a much nicer city than Leicester.
