I have been very very busy with family reunions; getting final spring quarter grades in (Dean's List with a 4.0); finding out the state cut a grant so I'm getting $4,000 less this year and will be extremely, excruciatingly broke; creating an Autumn quarter schedule; getting plans made to transfer to UT next fall; dealing with family and job angst; ( Read more... )

So I did follow the advise of all you wise people and emailed for details about the job. It would be cleaning multiple beach rentals for a legit company, and the owner sounded really nice and very open to hiring me. Was there a holiday? The only way I could tell was the fact that everything was closed. And there was ice covering all of the roads I drove on. Out with the whooshing of the breath and in with the thankfulness. Mom is home now, after bouts with blood infections, low heart rates, acute kidney failure, various other infections, low blood pressure and other things I can't think of right now.
