So I did follow the advise of all you wise people and emailed for details about the job. It would be cleaning multiple beach rentals for a legit company, and the owner sounded really nice and very open to hiring me. Unfortunately (this is where the drats come in) it is just a part time position and the hours vary because it is a rental business (

I've been trying to go to school for historic preservation. It's such a rare major that there are only about seven colleges in the country that have it.
