They can't run the company with just one guy. It really makes me wonder just how much longer we're going to be around though. Moms been going downhill the past year or so. It's been a really frustrating year to say the least. I'm pretty much drained mentally anymore. Most of the tuckpointing is now finished. There are a few odds and ends left to do. The parapet is still up in the air. It's a matter of funds vs what I want vs.... Recycled limestone caps are in hand but not on site yet. There probably isn't enough cap material so it's going to be a matter of searching the architectual salvage yards now. Today I met my first client at his rental property. The tenants had vacated but left everything except their clothes it looked like. They even left a pool table in the basement.
