Today I met my first client at his rental property. The tenants had vacated but left everything except their clothes it looked like. They even left a pool table in the basement. While going through the house I commented on the nice bench they left behind. When I was finished with him I asked him if the clients had indeed just left everything. He said yes and asked if I wanted the bench. I was going to offer him $40 for it but hey free is even better.
On a side note I'm at war with the damn squirrels around my house over my bulbs. I'm starting to get really pissed. Anyone have a bb gun I can borrow? I'm afraid my shotgun would attract the wrong sort of attention.
