So about a month ago I was walking along and my knee just gave out. No warning or anything, it just stopped working. Went to the doctor, and after several hundreds of dollars worth of x-rays was told I have a bad sprain, torn ligaments, etc. and to stay off of it for a month. My Grandma Helen died 2 days before Christmas. For those of you who don't know me well, she was my most favorite person in the world. She had been fighting cancer for a long time. We have babies! 7 to be exact. Our Foxy dog gave birth to 7 fat beautiful puppies today. Evidently she go pregnant shortly before we moved. I have no idea what kind of pups they are. So we moved about a month ago, and life is still chaos. I don't think I will ever have all of my boxes unpacked. It makes me twitchy to not know where all of my belongings are. David is no help. So since I am here anyway, I should probably update on the rest of my life right now. We sold our house, and bought a house in Raymore. It is a fabulous house, with a big bay window in the breakfast nook, gorgeous hardwood floors, a large fenced yard, and plenty of workspace.

Ok, kiddo is home from school so I will finish this later.

My dog Louie died this morning. He lived in our fenced in yard, and somehow managed to open the gate this morning. He was only out for about an hour. We have decided to move to Kansas City. Most of my work is up there anyway, and David has had some really great job offers there. We have been looking at houses online, got the mortgage all lined up. Had the best weekend ever at Saturday Market. Yay!

Then our car caught on fire. Boo! It's a complete loss.
Just one of those strange freak things, I guess.
