it's official. I got my eyes checked yesterday and I have presbyopia, which is latin for 'old eye' and astigmatism which is latin for something else but I'm too lazy to google. Basically my eyeballs don't line up so well cuz they're OLD! and aren't very elastic anymore.

sorry I've been awol, my laptop's video card got fried so I had to send it back to dell. Which was fine...but when it came back they didn't hook up something and my charger wouldn't charge the battery, so about 4 hrs after I got it back I had to send it back. actually, I'm getting it back. The video card died in it (I think it got fried from overheating) which in doing some research I found is a common issue with the Dell XPS laptops. Since the video card is integrated into the motherboard I had to send the whole thing off to Dell. I just got an email that it's fixed and should be back soon. Yay! I miss ( Read more... )
