hey kids!
sorry I've been awol, my laptop's video card got fried so I had to send it back to dell. Which was fine...but when it came back they didn't hook up something and my charger wouldn't charge the battery, so about 4 hrs after I got it back I had to send it back. Not happy, but anyway, it's back now.
Job is going well. I'm settling in. My boss is a bit iffy in that she's pretty standoffish and doesn't give much direction. But at least she doesn't micromanage! I think I'll be pretty much left to my own devices. People are all very nice and I have a great view from my office.
I also think I have an ingrown toenail and I'm resisting the urge to gouge that fucker out.
Oh, and I no longer drive to work! sweet!
