actually, I'm getting it back. The video card died in it (I think it got fried from overheating) which in doing some research I found is a common issue with the Dell XPS laptops. Since the video card is integrated into the motherboard I had to send the whole thing off to Dell. I just got an email that it's fixed and should be back soon. Yay! I miss my baby!
