I was in a table topics contest (toastmasters) this weekend and I didn't even place. Granted I've never gotten to this level (division), but I thought I was at least good enough for third. Oh man, I'm so dreading the kids sliding into teenagerdom. I've already got one tween and that's a big enough pain.

honestly, it's not all bad. He's kind of a late bloomer I think and really in the grand scheme of things, maybe he's just not ready for this 'going out' stuff, LOL. Anyway, he doesn't seem too phased by the whole thing.
