Last night I dreamed I showed up at my CrossFit gym as usual for my Monday workout, only to discover that it was full of llamas. So continuing my trend of insanity, I signed up for a 6-week CrossFit challenge. I've got one day of baseline testing left to make up tomorrow, because on Wednesday I was yelping every time I tried to go up the stairs. Working out wasn't going to happen.

CrossFit: started less than a month ago, finished the intro class last week. I'm mostly scaling weight at this point. Yesterday's WoD:( workout stats )

Wyrding Studios is temporarily closed. I have every intention of re-opening as soon as I possibly can, but I don't know when that will be. The future is always uncertain, but especially so right now.
