So continuing my trend of insanity, I signed up for a 6-week CrossFit challenge. I've got one day of baseline testing left to make up tomorrow, because on Wednesday I was yelping every time I tried to go up the stairs. Working out wasn't going to happen.

I pretty much suck at this, but I'm getting better. )

still not a proper girl, crossfit, what was i thinking?, still not dead, nobody likes burpees

I would never be able to do Crossfit that many days in a row without dying. My body NEEDS recovery time.

Re: sports bras, have you tried Enell's Maximum Control (my sword sister swears by them, and they do come in your size)?

I hate running too. 67.5 on the push press is awesome! And wow, that's some great progress on the deadlift!

That's one I really want to try, but I need to find somewhere that carries it so I can try it on, because slightly odd boobs plus mobility issues plus fibro skin sensitivity = 99% of all bras in the world are either painful, badly fitting, and/or impossible for me to get on.
