I'm sorry I've neglected posting to LJ lately. I haven't had the time to put any effort and emotion in to it. I continually post to twitter/friendfeed/facebook - so if you don't have me on there and want some update regularity, that is where to go. Health and Happiness
I've been hesitant to post much about this in fear it might jinx my progress, but I'm really proud of my diligence.
In the last 4 years I've gained some crazy amount of weight. Maybe as much as 30-40% increase from before I started at Speakeasy. Nothing to blame other than my own laziness, lack of attention, getting older, sedentary work ( Read more... ) -
