I closed the café at 5:00pm as usual today. Came upstairs, to what was the church, and simply sat down. Not something I do often. Coffee in hand, sitting at what was once the altar, the beautiful stain glass windows of the Saints and all the Stations of The Cross before me, and the only word that came to my mind was 'BLESSED'! I just felt like killing someone most of the day today! Did the funeral this morning...that went well. Met with a salesman around noon...a bride around 1:30 and then home to clean. Baseball season! REALLY???? you wouldn't tell by the weather. I think my ass is still frozen on the bleachers from noon today! Lost 4.8 pounds this week! Making a total three week lost of 11.8. I'm somewhat disappointed by that because I set my goal for a MININUM of 5lbs. per week! The leaders at WW all say that a half a pound to two pounds per week is what's expected on the program. Well, that simply isn't good enough for me!
