well i woke up weighing 209.4... after dinner tonight i weighted in at 210.4. i'm thinking i'm getting there. went and worked out at the gym for 30 min.. 17 on the tread climber despite the bum knee today. had a low cal potato soup for dinner and lunch at crackerbarrel. granted not the greatest... but still i think i might reach my goal of 199. i was doing well until dinner- my only meal until then was oatmeal, with two cups of tea thrown in. then i went to hard times... fuck. there went being healthy for the day. granted i was still within calorie range, but the exercising still hasn't happened yet. i'm waiting for dinner to settle before doing the push up/sit up thing. tomorrow and ( Read more... ) -
update
so its been a few days... and yes i did get a bit behind due to turkey weekend, but now i'm back on track. yesterday and today i've started my 30 min of cardio a day and the "diet" which is more of seriously checking calories and not eating junk. i can do this. i've moved the scale over to the apartment which is where i stay most of the time. i ( Read more... ) -

so these past few days i havent been that bad for food calorie intake. i've more or less cut out soda (yay!), and have been good about eating small healthy-ish meals. tonight we made our own pierogies... and yes when making them you can make them be a bit better for you. then again serving them with kale and chicken does help. yesterday my meal ( Read more... ) -

still didn't manage to get to the gym- that will be tomorrow for sure, and possibly a nice long walk while at work. i'm at the apartment so doing the whole weigh in isnt going to work, but thats okay. until dinner food wise i was relatively healthy- turkey sandwich and matzoh ball soup for lunch, one small piece of fudge that a coworker brought ( Read more... ) -

So i've neglected my lj for a while. there in some ways hasn't been that much going on and yet a lot going on in my life. needless to say my life has revolved around work more or less these past few months to the point where i've lost focus on one of my year goals- bettering my health. since the end of august really i've stopped exercising, ( Read more... ) -
