well i woke up weighing 209.4... after dinner tonight i weighted in at 210.4. i'm thinking i'm getting there. went and worked out at the gym for 30 min.. 17 on the tread climber despite the bum knee today. had a low cal potato soup for dinner and lunch at crackerbarrel. granted not the greatest... but still i think i might reach my goal of 199.4 by the end of january. i'm also starting a trial run at curves next week. maybe their system will work for me!
