i was doing well until dinner- my only meal until then was oatmeal, with two cups of tea thrown in. then i went to hard times... fuck. there went being healthy for the day. granted i was still within calorie range, but the exercising still hasn't happened yet. i'm waiting for dinner to settle before doing the push up/sit up thing. tomorrow and friday its called hitting the gym hard. i weighted myeself after dinner tonight- first time after the weekend, and of course its after a decent sized meal, so i weighted in at my heaviest. fuck that no. no. no. i'm gonna try to go to zumba at the ymca with sam some nights, and start contra. no more eating out at lunch for me (not that i've done that since the week before thanksgiving), and def have to just diet period while doing hard core cardio.
