When I got up this morning I noticed that Riley was in and out of the litterbox. He must have gone in and squatted at least a dozen times in an hour and a half. I figured it was a bladder infection. Just took Riley to the vet to get his teeth checked. I'd noticed he wasn't eating much of his dry food and only licking the canned stuff. He has bad breath, too. Dr. T said he has gingivitis and gave him some painkillers and an antibiotic to make him happy again. He was only happy to come home! I've been having a blast watching all of the Doctor Who specials for the 50th Anniversary and the 8th season premiere. Just found this video about The Three Doctors, with lots of sneaky special appearances from various Who-verse cast and crew members. If you are a Whovian definitely watch this.

This morning I went to the grocery store. I walked. I nearly always walk, only this morning it had rained and then froze a little. Since it was nearly 11:30 the sun had warmed and thawed the ice.
