I've been playing around with ReactiveCocoa lately, and I think it's really neat.  I sorta diffusely worry about its debuggability, but I haven't hit a wall in that regard yet. So it was finally time to set up the TV in the living room, and work out some of the details of the HDMI-over-Shielded-Cat6 extenders necessary for the intended centralized home theater setup.
