Calendaring is Hard...
I was out to lunch with a friend today, and we got on the topic of computerized calendaring. Virtually everyone I know consumes computerized calendaring, and when it comes up, without fail, they all complain about it. Yes, yes it is.
As an added bonus, say you do manage to implement an epically awesome calendering system that captures all of these magic edge cases for every user's killer feature set. Guess what? Unless it can cross-schedule with Exchange, it still sucks, because people are stuck using Exchange. Oh, and nothing can really cross-schedule with Exchange, because they don't expose any sort of documented protocol for doing so.
