So this past weekend, as I hinted at in the past on here, I returned to a second NASCAR race, and took Heather with me. We met up with two of the guys from last year's trip at the Sunoco Red Cross Pennsylvania 500 at Pocono Raceway. Pocono is about 5 hours east of Pittsburgh. Not an awful drive, but non-trivial. So it’s been about five weeks now that I’ve been working out with a trainer, and I think I’m about half way to being done. Recently, in an effort to break my running performance plateau, I've enlisted the services of a trainer.  So far I've had two sessions, and both sessions have left me non-functional. So LiveJournal tells me that it's been about 14 weeks since my last post, and some stuff has been going on. Most relevant for this posting is my getting a Mac Mini.
