Dear City of Pittsburgh:
Forbes Ave and 5th Ave are the two primary arteries of the city. If you plow only two roads, it should be those two, right? Can we agree on that? So can I therefore assume that you plowed exactly ZERO roads? Awesome. You guys are clearly really "getting it," and have totally learned your lesson since last year's Snowpocalypse.
Get with the program. Seriously.
