I managed to kill three skeins of yarn, well, really 2 and a half, as the red skein was rather big, by knitting wrist warmers.  Now I just need to temps to drop by about 10 degrees, and I can wear them all the time!

I'm clearing out some of my stash of worsted and bulky weight wools by knitting up bowls.  In the past few days, I've knit about 6 of them, which are waiting to be thrown in the washing machine for a good fulling.  I'm thinking they'll end up being xmas presents, or, if my SIL does her annual pre-xmas trunk show thing at her house, I'll try to sell ( Read more... )

I finished the second sleeve and the neckband of the purple and green sweater tonight.  I even hemmed it.  Now all that is required for the photos are a bit of blocking and weaving in the stray ends.  Blocking is more important, stray ends can be tucked away for the photo shoot, right ( Read more... )
