Is here. Not really one of my favorite seasons, but the change of leaves and the autumn foods and recipes are always so tasty... especially pumpking spice lattes. Nothing like leting the kids spend the afternoon at the local splashpad on a hot n sunny day. Oy... where did my winter break go? Seemed all to short. *le sigh* At least this year we weren't afflicted with a god-forsaken stomach bug of sorts like during previous years. Seriously... from what the others were telling me, eye doctors were supposed to be SLOW this time of year. Not us! Man... we were lucky to squeak in some time to eat something for lunch in today, what with all these last minute calls and walk-ins.

Tomorrow better not be as crazy... it's supposed to be a holiday!
