For the month.

Then off to bed.

Headachey - I had so looked forward to Women Inspire tonight then had to leave early and come home to take drugs. I was in bed then remembered desperately two things I needed to do this being one of them. The other was about getting invitations for the bash before going out to the Winery tomorrow. Waahh.

Walked THREE miles tonight. My feet felt good and I thought I could so I walked two and sat for a couple of minutes and got a drink and said, yep - so I walked one more and one extra lap just to make sure in case I miscounted - that is an OCD thing.... I have a new migraine medicine and took some today. Read about it tonight and the info said it has a sedative in it to help with tension headaches. Yeah, baby. I told my boss today I couldn't make an important phone call because I was stoned! :) I took about an hour and a half nap when I got home.
