An internet friend died. I am sad. Peggy is one I had met in real life a couple of times. I took a very relaxed approach. We usually have thanksgiving dinner for lunch, but I didn't wake up until after 10:00. Took my pies to Community Kitchen, then came home and just gradually, gradually cooked the meal. Finally ate around 5:45. Had the entire menu as planned and everything turned out well. Trying to get back to where exercise is a positive thing in my life. Gillian wanted me to walk with her today at work (we usually do at least three times a week, sometimes twice a day) I said, nope, I'm going to the Y tonight, and I did it!
