Muscles
I really do have a muscle in my back now! I know this for sure because I pulled it. -
Not So Bowflex Body
Bowflex Update: I now have at least one muscle in my back. Actually, at least two, because it looks the same on both sides. It could just be skin squishing together, but I hope not.

Two of Paris Hilton's dogs were eaten by a coyote on Wednesday night. We really do mean it when we say they are truly in a better place now. September Round Up
This post is going to be a real mish mash, but here goes.
We bought a Bowflex, which is hilarious. They sell it on infomercials after all! But we bought it at Sears. Does that make it less sad? It was half price! Day Trips
I have resolved to be more active this summer, and take a bunch of day trips. I am planning to start off with a visit to Petroglyphs Provincial Park next week to do a hike there. Camping
I have 3 camping trips (one of them is canoe in) already planned and booked and 1 canoe trip planned and scheduled (it's on crown land so no permits are required and sites can't be booked), and 1 canoe trip in the works.
