I've been having one of my moments when I have lots of negative thoughts, thinking the worst of others, and projecting worst-case scenarios that just go round and round in my head, so I've been trying to challenge these today. I am a bit addicted to idly scrolling through my social media news feed, but because I suffer from such bad FOMO, and attacks of jealousy when I find out I did miss out. I think I've got to the point of resigning from reading too much of my news feed - what I don't know can't hurt me, right ( Read more... )

I know it can be hard when I have a lot to try and do, but if I find myself rushing today, I'll see if I can slow down.
