I am trying to not be publically ranty but am getting pretty ranty in private. Drove by a college sports stadium this morning with ~100 people lined up outside back to back, no spacing, waiting in line to all go into the stadium for something. My first attempts at indoor microgreens are a mixed success. The lettuce I planted over a month ago is almost harvestable, and the broccoli I planted a week ago is also close to harvest.  Amazed at how much faster the broccoli grew. A month since King died. Whenever I am sweeping I find a new corner that I am sure has his hair in it. His DNA is gradually leaving the house.

went to high school info meeting. hoping august gets into the highschool that is 6 blocks away from us and has tons of programs and i've never heard anything bad about (at least not for a long time). we are not in their "zone" and we get no preference. i will have to wait until April to find out if he gets a spot ( Read more... )
