formatting
I am having to compile and format every talk, workshop, event, paper, poster, interview I have given over the last 3 years for my CV which is already 17 pages long and I'm not done yet. The Extension service's promotion process is super bogus. Excess busy work for a little bit more money and a title that no one cares about because no one really respects Extension positions in academia, and the public doesn't care about your title. But I adore my job, so I put up with this month of bullshit copy pasting and formatting. But I grumble.
