Today's highlight would definitely be the 20-something year old woman, dressed quite professionally, who walked by the dog and me as he was peeing on a tree, looked at me, said "If only it was that easy for me" and kept walking.

Oh hey, just in case anyone was confused, and thought the situation in Lebanon and Israel has to do with a complicated politico-religo-socio-scenario, you were wrong! It's actually just because of those damn gays and their parades.

I ended up on a kind of funny train of thought today. I was thinking about how so many of the lessons we learn from our parents (well, and most lessons in life really, but I was thinking about the parent thing specifically) are in a non-verbal manner. I have to admit to being pretty weirded out by this article. The basic deal is that a woman convicted 300 years ago of witchcraft in Virginia was exonerated. Isn't it funny how random little things can make you so cheerful? I picked up a nice drink shaker and martini glasses today for super cheap unexpectedly, and it's just made the entire day even better than it already was.
