I have to admit to being pretty weirded out by this article. The basic deal is that a woman convicted 300 years ago of witchcraft in Virginia was exonerated. What I always heard was that if you floated you were a witch and were therefore hung. Some women floated because air would catch under their skirts. Basically you died either way. Not sure though.

But the thing was, documents indicate this woman wasn't hung. She lived until 80!
