The medication was a good idea. It works well, does not make me drowsy and takes the edge off instantaneously. Plus I only need to take it when I am having anxiety or the beginnings of a panic attack. My new doctor was great. She was not patronizing and really listened to my concerns. Xanax and the City
I have been wrestling with the very difficult decision to get on medication for anxiety. Since moving here, my almost panic attacks have become more frequent and more severe. Great Day
My friend and I went to the farmers market. I got a crapload of good things that will taste good and make me happy. Went to a citrus stand for oranges and also got boiled peanuts that were still warm. Wandered around a great nursrey where my hypothetical backyard became lavish. every time i hear bad company's "feel like makin' love" i am reminded of a crush i had. his nme was JW and we worked on set construction together my freshman year of high school. he brought in this bad company tape and we would listen to it as we constructed and painted sets. he was a junior and likely did not say a word to me. i am friends ( Read more... ) -

i've been stressed out and entirely too edgy. i can neither eat nor sleep. i am working through a lot of personal pain to find myself again. when i had my wisdom teeth out a few years back,cutie cute dentist prescribed me halcion to take the edge off my nervousness. it helped. i am considering gettgin a prescription for something like that.
