Clea's battle is over.
Clea is gone. She couldn't pee, she was in pain. The cancer had spread to her lymph nodes and the swelling caused an obstruction. Her only option was to be cut open again at a hospital far from home. That might have bought her a little time, but not quality time. She was ready. She wanted it to be here; Bellwood was always her home too.

for my friend stopped running today..."
last night, my little lop eared bunny timmy had a seizure. it never stopped.
the vet said he most likely had a brain tumor. not even valium gave timmy a moment of peace. there was nothing we could do for him. i gave the vet permission to set timmy's soul free from his body.

well, we've been adopted! india came home yesterday! we were at work, and freedom comes back to the grooming room and says to me "india's coming home TODAY!" and that was that. neither one of us could bear seeing her in the kennel any longer, india was obviously not happy there! so my boss gave us india, a crate, a month's supply of food, and a ( Read more... ) -

it's been two years now since you've crossed over and there's still a void in my life where you used to be. i miss you. i wonder when/if i'll ever see you again. i can see so much of you in your daughter, it's like watching you grow up again. i'm so grateful for those last few months we had together, especially our last halloween and that gwar show ( Read more... )
