Congrats on the new family member! You are such an inspiration to me, I know just how hard it can be to welcome in a new furry love when you know you're on the verge of losing one, and here you are throwing open your heart and your arms and your home anyway. I think Clea understands & appreciates that everything you've done for her, others deserve that kind of love and safety too... and I also agree that it may make the transition easier for her, to know that there's someone else to take care of and to take care of you.
