Opera auditions were today. I did pretty well on my aria, though I was nervous, and did really well with the sight reading. Word had it that they were only giving sight reading to people they were considering for the opera and not for scenes. So, once upon a time I got sweet tickets for Blake's birthday (which is on Thursday). Then, one day, I accidentally told him I got tickets for him, but thankfully didn't tell him what the event was. Thus far we're living in a castle with a room designated as a giant ball pit, a light fixture stolen from Broadway United Methodist Church, and a dog. I really do love Kappa Kappa Psi. Sure, I have my problems with it, but that's how student organizations are. I was excited to be an active member again.
