a little parental drama
Zach had a bit of an adventure last night. I'm not going to add specifics here, because I don't want to upset the people involved.
He got a tooth knocked out last night. Well, half of one came out last night, and the other half today. It was a baby tooth, and a new one is coming in below, no harm done for the long term.

hockey
I am going to fret a little bit here.
My son really likes Hockey, and although he started about a year and a half ago, he has surpassed many of his peers in the 9-10 age range (the squirt league), and many have been skaing since they were 4. Overdue update
Well, Easter break is over, and at least I got my boy out of Concord for a few days doing different things with his friends. Fall Creek in Felton was the high point, with hikes up the creek through the water and rocks all the way up to the kilns. My son has been singing “Kidz Bop” over the last few weeks. He sings along with it, over and over “eye of the tiger, dancing round the fire…” he wanted to share it with me, sticking an ear bud my way. I said I would listen if he listened to one of my songs. More buckles are going into the hopper, and more wooden stuff as well. I'll get some done before I start bragging about them. Scrollwork will be the top priority for the next week or two.
