Yesterday we went to the Olympics. We applied for 3 sets of tickets but only got one of them but all things considered if somebody had said that you will only get your third choice of tickets but team GB will get a silver and gold I would have accepted that happily ( Read more... )

Has anyone heard anything about it?

Our new hamster has just arrived. Her name is Biscuit. She is a short haired banded syrian and clearly is more comfortable in the cage than in the rotastack so we have given her a small bed in the cage as well as the spacious rotastack rooms. Also she really wants to escape. Florist wire holding the doors closed is new and frustrating.

I think I may need an new phone. Texting has become irratic.

Does anyone have any suggestions.

Slow and steady progress. Went swimming yesterday and went to the gym today but wrist is still very stiff and not a little sore

Not feeling well today. Had a brief period of sickness on Tuesday evening but felt fine on Wednesday morning so went to work. All fine until 3.30-4pm yesterday afternoon but this morning I honestly don't think I can get into work without a bucket on stand-by.

Dump.com has however managed to cheer me up. Thanks for reminding me about it puddingcat.

Today at the gym practically every song on my mp3 player made me smile.

Also who knew but glam rock is great work-out music.
