I guess unless something changes dramatically, as of this morning I can now state: I am a tea person.

If you told me today that I was never going to have another cup of coffee as long as I live, it would effect me not at all.

I commented yesterday that if you displaced me in time and plunked me back down right here, right now, and asked me what time of year it was, I would have said late October. Apparently all this Christmas cooking and baking I've been doing has flipped a switch in my head, because now it's like I need to cook or bake something every day. It's been sort of nice, actually. It is December 1st! It is ON, bitches!

I have made the candy corn popcorn balls and the Devil's Food cupcakes, and what I feel is a rather righteous Halloween playlist. Still have to caramel the apples, make frosting, decorate the tombstone cookies with witticisms such as "I.D. I just received our mutual Christmas present from Jimmy's stepmom and dad, which is really mostly for me.
