See a grand production of the Nutcracker Ballet with live music*
See Handel's Messiah performed live*
Attend a Winter Pops concert with holiday music*
Hear Christmas carols being sung by a choir (live)
See kids singing Christmas songs (live)
Listen to Christmas carols (recorded) (Non-stop for a week now - halp!)
Drive around and find at least one house so over-decorated it can be seen from space
Find a "Candy Cane Lane" or similar decorated neighborhood and drive through it (These are in short supply 'round here - *sigh*)
Walk through the mall after it is decorated (Disappointing decor, or lack therof, this year. I suppose I should blame the recession?)
Attend my hometown's Christmas parade
Give folding money to a Salvation Army bell-ringer
Eat eggnog ice cream (A shake from Jack In The Box counts)
Eat cherries jubilee ice cream
Eat peppermint ice cream
Bake pumpkin pie
Bake apple pie
Bake sweet potato pie
Bake caramel-walnut pie*
Bake mincemeat pie*
Make a Christmas cookie I've never made before
Bake or make my family's gifts (edible)
Mull wine (Bonus for: with friends)
Mull cider (Bonus for: with friends)
Enjoy seasonal tea blend
Drink Martinelli's sparkling apple cider
Drink eggnog

Watch the Gingerbread House Challenge on the Food Network (I did see an all-edible ornament competition)

Eat turkey
Eat Cornish game hens
Eat Christmas ham
Eat rack or leg of lamb*
Eat duck or goose*
Eat standing rib roast
Eat smoked salmon (Unfortunately, it wasn't very good - boo hoo!)
Eat fruitcake (Oh, go away - it's traditional)

Complete all decorating of the apartment (If I'm honest with myself, I'm probably done, but I don't feel like being honest with myself just yet.)
Send out Christmas cards
Complete all Christmas shopping (We still need something for Alex, but that's it!)
Wrap all presents (Bonus for: with help)
Stuff the stockings (Christmas Eve)
Invite people that I am not related to over to my place
Sit by the Christmas tree on Christmas Eve after everyone else is in bed, and reflect (Bonus for: Christmas carols, seasonal drink, good company, fireplace)

Have a holiday picture taken of all the kids*
Attend December Nights in Balboa Park (I didn't go, but I sent my sister which was almost as good. She loved it!)
Have holiday drinks at the piano bar at the Hotel Del Coronado
Listen to KUSC, (the Classical Choice), on New Year's Eve and take the Sobriety Test
