I have drawn up a graphic for the pattern on Sarah Jane's sweater as worn at the very end of The Ark in Space, throughout The Sontaran Experiment, and for the first three episodes of Genesis of the Daleks. Each square is equal to one stitch in reverse stockinette, and the light blue is the same yarn as the rest of the sweater and her hat.
